This is a 35-minute general strengthening class designed to improve your upper body strength. The class is divided into 3 segments…One with 8-foot resistance band with a warm-up section of push-ups, the second with light to medium weights with a second section of push-ups and the 3rd segment with heavier weights and a final segment of push ups.
