If you are new to Pilates and/or are recovering from an injury or illness these classes are the ones you start with….

  • ABS Pilates – An Introductory Class
  • ABS Pilates – A Beginner Mat Pilates Class

TAKING YOUR PILATES A STEP FURTHER….These are the classes you can progress to when you have mastered the Introductory and Beginner Classes…..

  • ABSPilates – An Intermediate Level Mat Pilates Class
  • ABS Pilates – The “Magic Wand” Workout
  • ABS Pilates – The “Band Together” Workout
  • ABS Pilates – “Let’s Have a Ball” Workout
  • ABS Pilates – “Ring Around Pilates” Workout

AND THEN THERE IS THE “KICK BUTT” LEVEL OF PILATES….These are the classes that are considered to be higher level intermediate to advanced.  These are the classes you can progress to when you have MASTERED the Introductory, the Beginner AND the Intermediate level classes…..
