This is an intermediate to advanced level Mat Pilates class taught by Amanda B. Smith. This workout flows through some of the intermediate to advanced level Mat Pilates exercises. The class is designed to challenge. Your mind and body. The goals of this class are to improve abdominal strength, posture awareness, flexibility and overall body strength and balance. It is highly recommended that you work through the introductory, beginner and intermediate classes before trying out this class.
LEVEL – INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED
