This is an energetic 45-minute class It is divided into 3 very important components of exercise that we need as we enter pre-menopause and beyond….Cardio (High Intensity Interval Training – HIIT), Strength Training and Core. Different levels will be demonstrated so it can meet your current physical needs. You will need a mat, water, a set of light weights (5-10 pounds) and a heavy set of weights (8-15 pounds).
