This is a Pilates exercise video lead by Amanda B. Smith. It is a fun Mat Pilates workout using an 8-10” exercise ball. The ball can be used to both enhance and advance your Pilates exercises. This class is designed to improve abdominal strength, posture awareness, hamstring strength, flexibility and balance. It is recommended that you master the introductory and beginner classes BEFORE moving on to this class
