This is a Pilates exercise video lead by Amanda B. Smith. It is a fun Mat Pilates workout using an 8-10” exercise ball. The ball can be used to both enhance and advance your Pilates exercises. This class is designed to improve abdominal strength, posture awareness, hamstring strength, flexibility and balance.
