This is a health coaching video where I discuss how I tested out myself on a pure Plant-Based Diet for 90 days. I talk about the benefits of a plant-based diet, how I ate enough plant based protein and enough plant based calcium. I go over what I ate, how I felt with this way of eating. I talk about how to prep your meals and how to cook simple plant based meals that are filling and delicious. I also talk about how this way of eating for 90 days affected my cholesterol, AiC, triglyceride levels, weight etc.
