This is a beginner level Pilates exercise class taught by Amanda B. Smith. This workout helps to improve your posture awareness, flexibility, core strength, and overall strength and balance. The class slowly works through the Pilates fundamentals and beginning level Pilates exercises. It is a great place to start your Pilates journey. It is recommended that you start with the Pilates Fundamentals workout before moving on to this workout.
