This is a Pilates exercise video lead by Amanda B. Smith. It is an amazing Mat Pilates workout using both an 8-foot resistive band AND a looped resistive band. The bands are used to both enhance your Mat Pilates exercises and challenge the small muscles of your shoulders and hips. This class is designed to improve abdominal strength, posture awareness, upper body strength, flexibility and balance. It is recommended that you master the introductory and beginner classes BEFORE moving on to this class.
