This is a 30-minute Pilates class taught by Amanda B. Smith designed for the “professional sitter”…..many people are required to sit for extended periods of time in order to complete his/her work or preferred leisure activities. So if you are someone who has to sit behind a computer or you enjoy activities such as reading or sewing, this is a great workout for you.
It is a beginner to intermediate workout designed to reverse some of the stresses caused to the spine by sitting for extending periods of time.
