This is a 10-minute Pilates class designed to help reverse the effects of sitting or standing with poor posture. It is a great workout to do at the end of a long work day or after a long trip. We will use Pilates exercises to work and stretch the back muscles and improve your posture awareness….definitely a class to be done each day!
