This is a 30-minute class combining Yoga and Pilates. It is an invigorating class taught by Amanda B. Smith designed to improve your posture, flexibility and strength. We flow through the sun salutations and build our core strength with classical Pilates exercises. Not to be missed.
*If you are new to Yoga and/or Pilates it is recommended you complete the Beginner Yoga and the Beginner Pilates classes first.
