This is a Pilates exercise video lead by Amanda B. Smith. It is a fun Mat Pilates workout using the half or full foam roll. We will use the foam roll to improve range of motion in the shoulder and spine, improve abdominal strength and release the tightness in the muscles with some foam rolling. It is recommended that you master the introductory and beginner classes BEFORE moving on to this class
